Net lease investing has grown increasingly popular for its stability and inherent low-risk approach to real estate investing. In a world awash with uncertainty, net lease provides a predictable income return that is fixed and durable, with lower volatility given the long-term nature of the lease. Relative to other types of real estate, net lease is particularly attractive since it is much less exposed to risks associated with slowing economic growth and rising inflation.
